COMMUNITY SPIRIT PROGRAM

I hereby wish to participate in the Hemphill County Sheriff's Community Spirit Program. This program consists of staff members of the Hemphill County Sheriff's Office who wish to give something back to Hemphill County, the City of Canadian, and the constituents that we serve here in our community. We will as of this date forward, volunteer our off duty time to assist the Sheriff's Office through the performance of duties during natural disasters such as fires, storm watches, and such for no compensation in any form. We will respond by giving the necessary help both asked for and without first being requested to do so. We enjoy living in Hemphill County and appreciate the chance of serving our community and friends.

I wish to volunteer my time to assist the Hemphill County Sheriff's Office during natural disasters. I was not threatened nor under duress in my decision to sign this.
